  1. As a small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

  2. If you have received a faulty or damaged item/s, please contact us as soon as possible on the following email address for assistance: littlemumbean@gmail.com. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.

  3. Please note if your order contains a pre-order item. Orders with pre-ordered items will ship when everything is in stock. Pre-order delivery dates are an estimate.
