Shipping policy

  1. We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 AUD per order to be sent to any Australian delivery address and free for orders $80 and over. All shipments will have a tracking number available.

  2. Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery will take 3 – 7 business days to arrive for customers in Metro areas. Allow 7 - 10 business days for regional areas including WA, QLD and NT. Please be aware that during very busy periods Standard Delivery timeframes may be affected by delays of a few days and can take up to 5-9 business days.

  3. We charge a flat-rate of $19.99 AUD for express delivery. Once dispatched, express delivery will take 1-3 business days to arrive for customers in Metro areas and 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and regional areas across the country.

  4. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery. However, a re-delivery fee will be charged for this service according to the carrier.
